The Ebury
At The Ebury, Waugh Thistleton has delivered a chic venue with a fun edge. The ground floor contains a brasserie, a seafood bar and a lounge. The colours are muted, except for a splash of fire on the walls. A walnut bar with brass corners and walnut timber floors bring warmth. The banquettes are upholstered in chocolate-brown leather and run the length of the floor alongside the large windows. Upstairs the formal dining room is decked out with chandeliers covered in red droplets and flames appear once more on the walls.
