Project Title
Lucky Voice
Lucky Voice is the first karaoke bar of its type in London. The brief was to create a venue using the Japanese concept where groups book small rooms for private karaoke parties. It was essential not to create a caricature of its Japanese counterpart, instead an original design was imperative - a design centred on glamour, a high-quality finish and a sense of fun.

The bar runs the length of the plan along the left hand side of the basement. Its fixtures and fittings are sleek, linear and uncluttered giving the only shared room in the building a sense of opulence and style. The exterior of the nine pods dedicated to personlised karaoke are finished in gloss black. The standard pods are a vivid red inside, with red floors, seating and wall panels. The VIP pods are a luxurious mix of gold ceilings with a crushed, brown glass floor. The seats and wall panels are finished in cream and mocha leather. The padded walls soundproof the pods. The furnishings and colour schemes allow the visitor to feel comfortable and private as they sing their hearts out
