The Stables
The warehouses and former stables on Kingsland Road were derelict when we were commissioned to refurbish them into 10 residential units. The Grade II listed building is one of the last multi-storey stable buildings in London; therefore the renovation work required care and extensive consultation with local conservation bodies. The resulting simple interiors suit the local tastes and demand, as well as being a successful renovation of an historic building.
