Orsman Road
The Orsman Road scheme in the heart of Shoreditch will provide 2,000 sqm of affordable commercial space for local start-up businesses and is estimated to cultivate 250 jobs. The project is for the Shoreditch Trust, a New Deal programme that purchases and develops buildings in the locality for the use of the local community.

Creating the fit out for the commercial space, we have proposed a consistent design throughout. This involves the design of graphics, including signage for the building in red and white; the use of a distinct colour scheme running throughout the building reinforces the branding and creates a strong visual identity. A key focal point of the interior is a unique Concrete Blond reception desk and a matching panel, created with a local Hackney artist. The building has a solar PV system installed on its roof that generates clean electricity for use in the building.
