Andrew Waugh
Andrew Waugh is a founding Director of Waugh Thistleton. He is passionate about architecture and the built environment outside as well as within the practice. Andrew has a keen understanding of property development, which allows him an insight into the mechanisms behind building procurement and is well respected in both the public sector and by private developers. Andrew is Vice-Chair of Hackney's Design Review Panel and an external examiner at the University of East London.

Anthony Thistleton
Anthony is a founding Director of Waugh Thistleton and is cloesly involved in the design, resourcing, programming and contract of all our projects. Anthony has been instrumental in gearing the practice towards facing the new challenges of how to design truly sustainable buildings and lectures regularly on these issues. Anthony is involved in a number of local community bodies and chairs the South Shoreditch Conservation Area Advisory Committee.

Angela Hopcraft
Angela is an Associate at Waugh Thistleton. Since joining the practice in 2008 Angela has established herself as a key member of the team and now runs some of our most exciting projects. Her work includes working on our award winning private home project, Furzey Hall Farm (RIBA Awards 2010) recently nominated for the Manser Medal. Angela is involved with projects ranging from a Synagogue in Finchley, London, to a Visitor Centre on a reclaimed pit tip in Nottinghamshire.

Myrtille Ferte
Myrtille joined Waugh Thistleton in 2008 with a strong knowledge of materiality and a mature manner of architectural expression. With extensive international and local experience, she has detailed knowledge of all work stages. Myrtille has a keen eye for design and brings a unique level of flair to the team.

Julen Perez
Julen joined Waugh Thistleton in 2007. With a passion for architecture and extensive practical experience, Julen has quickly become a key figure within the practice. His diligent approach and insight into the possibilities of new sites has resulted in some inspirational design solutions that have received accolades from clients and planners.

Rachel Crozier
Rachel has recently joined the team and has extensive experience in refurbishment projects, as well as new build office and residential developments. She enjoys running projects from inception to completion, and in using innovative solutions and modern materials to deliver high quality, durable and useable developments to clients.
