Andrew Waugh
Andrew Waugh has been a Director of Waugh Thistleton since the practice's conception. Prior to co-founding the practice, he gained a strong footing in large-scale developments at Kohn Pederson Fox Associates in London. Andrew is firmly committed to designing and building environmentally sustainable buildings. He lectures extensively on the importance of corporate social responsibility and ensures the practice itself always acts in an equally socially responsible manner.
Anthony Thistleton
Anthony Thisleton is a Partner and Director of Waugh Thistleton. Anthony's IT and multimedia expertise give the practice an insight into the rapidly developing area of virtual environment design, allowing the organisation to use IT to enhance sustainable Architecture.
Kirsten Haggart
Kirsten Haggart is an Associate at Waugh Thistleton. Prior to working for the practice, Kirsten project-managed an environmentally sustainable Community Resources Centre in Newham New Deals. During her time at the Waugh Thistleton, Kirsten has successfully completed the design and construction of large refurbishment projects and has established a strong foothold in large-scale housing developments including the tallest timber residential tower in the world.
Mark Boehmer
Mark is an Associate at Waugh Thistleton. Working as the chief architect on several housing projects, including a fourteen-storey building featuring wind-turbines and a multi-million pound cinema, Mark has developed a reputation for tenacity, rigour and eye for detail.
Julen Perez
Julen joined Waugh Thistleton in 2007. With a passion for architecture and extensive practical experience, Julen has quickly become a key figure within the practice and is now running some of our biggest projects.
Peter Barry
A RIBA Part II architectural student, Peter gained wide ranging work experience before joining Waugh Thistleton in 2007. He brings with him a broad academic and practical knowledge in both architecture and technology.
Michael Baskett
Having attained his Bachelor of Architecture in America, Michael Baskett specialised in renaissance architecture and contemporary Italian design culture in Italy, before joining Waugh Thistleton in 2006. Michael has worked on several high profile projects, including developing interior schemes for New York's 2012 Olympic Stadium bid.
Sally Boucher
After achieving bachelor degrees in both Interior Design and Architecture, Sally joined Waugh Thistleton in 2007 as a Part I Architectural Student. She is now working on a residential scheme for the Orthodox Jewish community in East London.
Alina Toosy
A University of Nottingham graduate, Alina joined the practice in 2007 as a Part I student. Previously, she gained valuable experience during a series of internships both in the UK and Pakistan.
Sameera Hanif
Sameera gained Marketing experience in publishing and broadcasting, prior to joining Waugh Thistleton in 2006. She now manages press and PR for the practice.
