Andrew Waugh
Andrew Waugh is a founding Director of Waugh Thistleton. He is passionate about architecture and the built environment outside as well as within the practice. Andrew has a keen understanding of property development, which allows him an insight into the mechanisms behind building procurement and is well respected in both the public sector and by private developers. Andrew is Vice-Chair of Hackney's Design Review Panel and an external examiner at the University of East London.

Anthony Thistleton
Anthony Thistleton is a founding Director of Waugh Thistleton. Anthony's IT and multimedia expertise give the practice an insight into the rapidly developing area of virtual environment design, allowing the organisation to use IT to enhance sustainable Architecture. Anthony is involved in a number of local community bodies and chairs the South Shoreditch Conservation Area Advisory Committee.
Kirsten Haggart
Kirsten Haggart is a Director at Waugh Thistleton. Prior to working for the practice, Kirsten project-managed an environmentally sustainable Community Resources Centre in Newham New Deals. During her time at the Waugh Thistleton, Kirsten has successfully completed the design and construction of large refurbishment projects and has established a strong foothold in large-scale housing developments including the tallest timber residential tower in the world.

Michael Baskett
Having completed his studies in the United States and Italy, Michael Baskett joined Waugh Thistleton in 2006. Michael has delivered several high-profile projects for the practice including the acclaimed Acorn House and Water House Restaurants and a 2,200 sqm high-end mixed-use building in Shoreditch. He is currently designing new offices for Frieze, a restaurant in Barking and a cinema in Hoxton.
Myrtille Ferte
Myrtille joined Waugh Thistleton in 2008 with a strong knowledge of materiality and a mature manner of architectural expression. With extensive international and local experience, she has detailed knowledge of all work stages. Myrtille has a keen eye for design and brings a unique level of flair to the team.

Julen Perez
Julen joined Waugh Thistleton in 2007. With a passion for architecture and extensive practical experience, Julen has quickly become a key figure within the practice. His diligent approach and insight into the possibilities of new sites has resulted in some inspirational design solutions that have received accolades from clients and planners.
